TAIGA TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is the data controller with respect to your job applicant data. During the application, your name and surname, contact details, address/location, education and professional background, skills, foreign languages, portfolio and profile links, interview notes, salary expectations, references and other information you provide may be processed.

The data is processed for the purposes of receiving the application, assessing qualifications and experience, conducting interviews, evaluating position and team fit, managing the offer and recruitment process, fulfilling security and legal obligations, and establishing or protecting rights. Depending on the application, the legal grounds may be KVKK Art. 5/2-c (pre-contractual steps), Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation), Art. 5/2-e (establishment, exercise or protection of a right) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Health, disability, criminal conviction, biometric data or other special categories of personal data are not requested unless required by the position and the legislation. We kindly ask you not to share unnecessary special categories of personal data or information belonging to third parties in your CV. If you provide reference information, you acknowledge that you have informed the person concerned and are authorized to share it.

The data may be shared, to the extent necessary, with recruitment, email, calendar, video conferencing, file hosting and security providers; authorized employees and advisors; and legally authorized institutions. If data is transferred abroad, the mechanism under Article 9 of KVKK is applied.

If the application is unsuccessful, the data is generally retained for 2 years from the date of the decision. Where there is a specific dispute or legal obligation, it may be kept until the end of the relevant period. Longer retention for future positions is subject to separate explicit consent.

You can exercise your rights under Article 11 of KVKK via privacy@grouptaiga.com or through the KVKK Application Form. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.

Optional explicit consent for future positions

“I give my explicit consent for my candidate profile, application materials and evaluation notes to be retained for 2 years from the date of the decision for suitable positions that may open in the future, even if my current application is unsuccessful, and for me to be contacted for this purpose. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time via privacy@grouptaiga.com.”
