Scope
This privacy notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform, for the data of visitors to grouptaiga.com and of natural persons who submit contact, proposal, meeting, collaboration or support requests.

Method of collection
Data is collected electronically, by fully or partially automated means, when you visit the Site, fill in a form, use email/phone and set your cookie preferences. The information you write in the message field is provided directly by you.
Transfers
Data may be transferred, limited to the purpose, to hosting, email, security, form, CRM, meeting and technical support providers; to advisors; to the relevant team members and subcontractors for the establishment of a contract; and to legally authorized institutions and persons. If data is transferred abroad, the appropriate mechanism under Article 9 of KVKK is applied. The list of suppliers and countries should be added to this notice or to an accessible sub-processor list once the actual system inventory has been verified.

Rights and applications
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request deletion/destruction where the conditions are met and to request that these be notified to the persons to whom the data was transferred; to object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit your application through the KVKK Application Form on our website, in writing to Çifte Havuzlar Mah. Eski Londra Asfaltı Cad. Kuluçka Merkezi A1 Blok No: 151/1C İç Kapı No: B35, Esenler / İstanbul, Türkiye, to the Company's registered electronic mail (KEP) address if any, with a secure electronic signature, or from your email address registered in our system to privacy@grouptaiga.com. Applications are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature and within 30 days at the latest.
