The Challenge
A heritage brand like Doğtaş needed a modern, high-performance, and scalable e-commerce platform that appeals to both loyal customers and new-generation consumers. The existing digital channel was limited by outdated user experience and low performance, requiring an infrastructure that meets user expectations while supporting business objectives.
Our Approach
We transformed Doğtaş's brand heritage and design aesthetics into a structure aligned with modern user expectations and digital performance goals.
Through user research and data analysis, we understood the brand audience's behaviors and adopted a system approach that balances the habits of loyal customers with the expectations of new demographic segments. The UI/UX design was built on a visual language and function set consistent with Doğtaş's product worldview.
Design & Build
The platform's technical and design infrastructure was brought to life using the latest web technologies, with a performance- and user-experience-centered approach. The Next.js-based e-commerce architecture was enriched with user-focused features such as advanced product filtering, room visualization, and fast navigation, while overall system performance was optimized.
Designed with high mobile traffic in mind, the mobile-first responsive structure was crafted to deliver a consistent and fluid experience across all devices. At the same time, the integrated dealer network system brought both corporate operations and dealer product management processes onto a centralized and efficient infrastructure.
Throughout the development process, optimizations targeting code quality, content management, and page load speed elevated the platform's performance capacity to an advanced level.
