The Challenge
Efonla's core need was to establish a social media presence that would keep the brand relevant in the digital space, build meaningful connections with users, and communicate its fintech approach in a clear, trustworthy voice.
In this direction, social media was positioned not merely as a content channel, but as a strategic platform that strengthens brand perception, builds relationships with the digital community, and directly contributes to performance goals.
Our Approach
The social media approach for Efonla was built on a framework that combines creative content with data-driven optimization.
The content language was restructured to connect with the brand's young, tech-savvy target audience. Designs were developed with an informative, inspiring and user-centric aesthetic. Performance marketing was planned to work in integration with organic content; systematically optimized through reach, engagement and conversion metrics.
Design & Build
The process was carried out through the integrated execution of strategic planning, creative production, social media management, and performance-driven marketing disciplines. In the initial phase, the existing digital position was analyzed and a content and advertising strategy was developed in line with Efonla's brand objectives. Based on this strategy, distinctive, attention-grabbing, and consistent brand-specific creatives were produced for Instagram feed, story, and video formats. Regular posts were published according to the established content calendar, while community engagement and visual system integrity were managed in a sustainable manner.
On the performance marketing side, campaigns were planned with a KPI-driven approach, and maximum efficiency was achieved through target audience segmentation and message optimizations. Throughout the entire process, social media performance was regularly analyzed, strategy was dynamically updated, and continuously optimized to achieve greater impact.
