Fleetino

The core objective of Fleetino, developed for DRD Fleet, was to consolidate fleet management processes into a single, data-driven and controllable structure. Fleet operations encompass multi-layered workflows including vehicle tracking, maintenance processes, cost control, contract management and reporting. Running these processes across fragmented systems creates time loss, cost increases and lack of operational visibility. The platform needed to securely manage high data volumes, provide real-time operational visibility, support multi-user and role-based structures, and simplify business processes without creating technical complexity. The goal was not merely a tracking system, but an integrated fleet management infrastructure that makes business processes more efficient and effortless.

The project process began with detailed analysis of all stages of fleet operations. Vehicle lifecycle, maintenance planning, cost items and operational reporting processes were restructured. Front-end and back-end development processes were implemented based on sustainable software principles, security standards and scalable architecture. The aim was to transform fleet management from complex operational spreadsheets into a clean, controllable and data-driven platform.

Fleetino's interface design was crafted with an experience approach that simplifies dense operational data and accelerates decision-making processes. Clear and hierarchical information flow, dashboard structures that enhance operational control, task completion in minimum steps, and mobile-compatible high-performance interfaces were established as design principles. Users were empowered to effortlessly manage vehicle statuses, cost analyses and maintenance planning from a single panel. The back-end infrastructure was built on real-time data processing, role-based access control, high transaction capacity and secure data storage architecture. The platform was designed as a system that provides operational clarity to fleet managers while making business processes more efficient and controllable.
