The Challenge

The sleep category requires simultaneously managing technical information, personal preferences, and long-term user satisfaction. Accurately conveying product diversity and technical details to users necessitated designing a reliable digital experience that supports the decision-making process. The platform also critically needed a performance-focused structure supporting commercial objectives.

Our Approach

Within the project scope, Lova Yatak was positioned not merely as a mattress seller, but as a sleep technology company. The products' technical, ergonomic, and comfort-focused features were transformed into a clean and structured digital experience supporting users' quick and accurate decision-making. Information architecture and user journey were redesigned to optimize product discovery and purchase processes.

Design & Build

The Lova Yatak website was developed as a content-rich and experience-rich e-commerce platform in line with modern web technologies and user-centric design principles. A responsive structure delivering high performance across all devices was created with a mobile-first approach. The Sleep Science Education Center and virtual showroom tours on the platform provide a content ecosystem enabling users to become informed before purchase and evaluate products in greater depth. Product detail pages were structured to convey technical specifications, ergonomics, and comfort criteria clearly and understandably. A sophisticated product recommendation engine operating based on users' sleep habits and preferences delivers a personalized, data-driven product matching experience. Page load speeds and interaction performance were optimized to create a seamless user journey with high conversion potential. Visual and creative work was designed to consistently reflect the brand's technology and trust perception in the digital environment.

Outcome

The renewed digital structure has become a strategic platform that strengthens Lova Yatak's brand perception and directly supports commercial performance. The project's first-quarter data shows a twofold growth in online sales and a 75% reduction in return rates through more accurate product matching. User engagement and conversion rates improved meaningfully across both mobile and desktop channels.
