Parties and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the rules for using the website at https://grouptaiga.com between the person who visits or uses the website and TAIGA TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, which operates it. By using the Site, you agree to act in accordance with applicable legislation and these terms. These terms alone do not create an agency services agreement or a paid product subscription.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information about the Company's creative direction, brand systems, digital product, web experience, technology and artificial intelligence, and growth and performance services, as well as its projects, content, team, careers and contact channels. Sample timelines, results, visuals and case studies on the Site are not a guarantee or a binding offer for every project.

Permitted use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or connected systems; circumventing security or authentication measures.
• Using malware, automated requests, excessive traffic or any other technical method that would disrupt the service.
• Copying Site content in a misleading manner, presenting it as belonging to another person or organization, or infringing intellectual property rights.
• Submitting content through the contact fields that is unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, violates privacy or harms the rights of third parties.
• Transmitting personal data, trade secrets or confidential content belonging to third parties to the Company without the necessary authorization.
• Systematically scanning non-public endpoints of the Site, reverse engineering it, or collecting data for the purpose of building a commercial dataset.

Intellectual property

The Site design, texts, images, videos, software, brand elements, project presentations and other content belong to the Company or the respective right holders. Visitors are granted only a limited, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the content for personal and non-commercial viewing purposes. Except for statutory exceptions, the content may not be reproduced, published, adapted, sold or transferred into a dataset, including for artificial intelligence model training, without written permission.

Content belonging to clients and business partners

Client names, brands and project materials featured in the portfolio may belong to their respective right holders. Their display on the Site does not grant visitors any right of use or license. The publication of a case study does not mean that confidential or undisclosed project information will be shared.

External links and third parties

The Site may link to third-party platforms or social networks. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Company does not control third-party content, and the provision of a link does not constitute endorsement, warranty or partnership.

Artificial intelligence and accuracy of information

Content or sample outputs on the Site may have been created with the help of AI-assisted tools. The Company applies reasonable editorial review before publishing public content; nevertheless, the content does not replace legal, financial, medical or any other expert advice. The terms of use for AI outputs produced within the scope of a product or project are governed separately in the contract.

Warranty and limitation of liability

The Company operates the Site with reasonable care; however, it does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, the Company is not liable for indirect damage, loss of data, loss of profit or damage arising from third-party services in connection with the visitor's use of or inability to use this Site, unless it is at fault and legally liable. This clause does not exclude liability arising from intent or gross negligence, or consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

Amendments, suspension and disputes

The Company may update the Site and these terms in line with legislative, service or security requirements. The current date is shown at the top of the page. The statutory rights of application and jurisdiction of consumers residing in Türkiye are reserved. Turkish law applies to disputes that do not qualify as consumer transactions, and unless there is exclusive jurisdiction under the law, the Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
