The Challenge

CCI Career's core need was to support a dynamic and corporate-aligned social media communication with measurable results, building strong connections with young talents. Social media was approached not merely as an informational channel, but as a strategic tool that drives applications, generates engagement, and strengthens the employer brand.

Our Approach

We designed the CCI Career process by deeply understanding the brand's corporate culture, expectations, and target audience, building a flexible and continuously evolving strategy. The content language was crafted in a tone that connects with young audiences — current and authentic, yet maintaining corporate balance. Performance marketing was managed through clear KPIs, making all communication measurable. The strategy continued to be dynamically updated according to seasonal needs and campaign objectives.

Design & Build

Social Media Strategy: The entire communication language and content structure were restructured in line with CCI Career's objectives. Creative Production: Original and eye-catching creatives were produced, with trend and viral content adapted to fit the brand. Performance Marketing: Campaigns were planned on a KPI basis, consistently exceeding targets especially during seasonal internship programs. Influencer Initiatives: Brand visibility and engagement were boosted through impactful influencer collaborations. Continuous Optimization: Content and ad performance were regularly analyzed, with the process refined every day.
