The Challenge

Positioning the digital communication of a deep-rooted and multi-layered technology ecosystem like İTÜ ARI Teknokent simultaneously strong and consistent among entrepreneurs, investors, corporate partners, and public stakeholders was necessary. Building strategic unity between program announcements, success stories, and event communication while creating a growth model that strengthens brand authority and delivers measurable growth was the primary priority.

Our Approach

We approached the project not merely as social media management, but from an ecosystem positioning and growth strategy perspective. In the first phase, content and performance analysis was conducted to evaluate existing audience behaviors and platform dynamics. Then, a differentiated communication architecture was designed for each channel. On LinkedIn, a content language building authority around investment, technology, and success stories was created. On Instagram, more dynamic formats focused on reach and engagement were deployed. The content tone across all platforms was restructured to reflect innovation, trust, and ecosystem strength. On the performance marketing side, a sustainable growth model was created through funnel-based campaign designs, target audience segmentation, and creative variation tests. Program application periods and major events were treated as growth moments, targeting maximum reach and conversion.

Design & Build

The creative process was managed in an integrated manner at the intersection of data, design, and performance. The visual system was designed to strengthen corporate identity, emphasize the technology focus, and support premium perception. Video content and carousel formats were optimized for both engagement and information delivery. Organic and paid strategy progressed in parallel. Through weekly performance tracking and KPI optimization, reach, engagement, and community growth were systematically increased.

Outcome

As a result of the applied growth model, İTÜ ARI Teknokent's digital visibility measurably increased. Follower growth achieved sustainable momentum, while reach and engagement rates in program and event communications rose significantly. Established KPIs were successfully met, with many performance metrics exceeding targets. İTÜ ARI Teknokent's social media presence transformed from a channel that merely shares information into a strategic communication platform that mobilizes the technology ecosystem and creates a strong digital position.
