The Challenge
Tech Istanbul, positioned in the technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem, needed to establish a consistent and powerful communication language simultaneously with different target audiences such as investors, entrepreneurs, and young talents. Growing the brand's digital visibility while strengthening community bonds, managing critical moments (especially Demo Day processes) with maximum impact, and integrating all this communication with measurable performance objectives formed the core focus of the project.
Our Approach
We repositioned Tech Istanbul's digital presence through a holistic growth model that integrates content production with performance strategy. We created a differentiated communication architecture for each platform. On Instagram, dynamic video content with high reach and viral potential was designed, while on LinkedIn, a more corporate and authority-building language was adopted around ecosystem, investment, and success stories. Content language across all channels was optimized to reflect speed, innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit. AI-powered content production processes increased both production speed and creative diversity. Short-format video and reels were transformed into viral-impact content fed by trend analysis and data-driven insights. On the performance marketing side, sustainable growth was achieved through segment-based targeting, creative variation testing, and continuous optimization. Demo Day communication was handled 360° with pre-during-post execution, completing with high reach, intense engagement, and strong brand positioning.
Design & Build
The creative process was managed at the intersection of data, design, and performance. The visual system and video language were designed in a dynamic, innovative structure reflecting the ecosystem spirit. Content was crafted not only for aesthetics but to serve conversion and engagement targets. Organic and paid strategies were executed in an integrated manner. Through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization, performance metrics were continuously improved.
Outcome
As a result of the applied strategy, Tech Istanbul's digital presence achieved measurable and sustainable growth momentum. Strong follower growth was achieved, while brand visibility multiplied through viral content. Demo Day communication was completed with high reach and engagement rates. Established KPIs were successfully met, with many metrics exceeding targets. Tech Istanbul became not just a content-producing platform on social media, but one that mobilizes the ecosystem, creates engagement, and achieves a strong digital positioning.
